The new factory was built to increase BSH's production capacity and consolidate existing operations in one location. The facility was designed to support the growth of small appliance production and the implementation of new lines and products.

Scope of work:
Concept, pre-design stage, environmental decision, building and infrastructure construction designs, architectural executive design.

Throughout the implementation, TFK collaborated with the investor, developer, and contractor, adapting the design to the evolving production technology. 124 technology versions required constant coordination of architecture, structure, and installations.
The project included:

internal transport and production logistics organization
utility layout and installation coordination
fire safety requirements resulting from the technological process
The project combined the large scale of the facility with the client's demanding and rapidly evolving production technology. The designed space meets current production needs while being prepared for future growth and technological changes.
