In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "GDPR"), we inform you that your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

If you are an employee or a person servicing our contractor, in particular a designated contact person, we process your personal data to communicate on current matters related to the performance of contracts concluded between the Company and the entity you represent, as well as to present requested offers, receive further orders, and answer questions. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in maintaining ongoing contact with our contractors, fulfilling our contractual obligations, and developing business relationships. Your personal data may also be processed during potential disputes, negotiations, or if it becomes necessary to satisfy claims arising during the performance of the contract. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in being able to defend against claims or pursue claims.

If you are contacting us for the first time and are not affiliated with the Company's clients, your personal data will be processed to provide answers to your questions and to establish cooperation with you or the entity you represent. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in being able to respond to inquiries regarding the Company's business activities and to establish and develop cooperation.

If you are a sole trader with whom we have entered into a contract, your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the concluded contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion of the contract and for us to fulfill our obligations. The consequence of refusing to provide personal data will be the inability to conclude the contract.

We have received your data directly from you within the scope provided by you, or from the entity you represent, from which we receive data including your name, business phone number and email address, workplace, position, or scope of duties.

We will process personal data for the duration of our ongoing relationships preceding or unrelated to the conclusion of a contract (e.g., responding to inquiries, presenting offers, exchanging correspondence). Once such relationships have ended, data will be processed until an objection to such processing is raised. In the case of concluded contracts, personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract, including the settlement of mutual accounts, for the period necessary to establish and pursue our own claims or to defend against claims, and for the period required for document archiving (in accordance with applicable laws).

Authorized employees and associates of the Company will have access to the data. Based on agreements, we will transfer your personal data to our suppliers and service providers, such as IT services, accounting, as well as subcontractors and contractors, to the extent reasonably necessary.

If your personal data is processed by us within the Office 365 service, it may be transferred to third countries (USA) based on an agreement between the Company and Microsoft and in accordance with standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, which ensure an adequate level of protection. Personal data will not be processed by automated means.

We will process personal data for the duration of our ongoing relationship prior to or unrelated to the conclusion of a contract (e.g., answering inquiries, providing offers, exchanging correspondence), and after the relationship ends, it will be processed until an objection to such processing is raised.
